Membership Reporting

We are grateful to Maddie’s Fund for supporting the NACA Roadshow. Through this partnership, each participating state association or conference receives a set number of complementary NACA memberships.

Please note the following requirements:

Each state association or conference is responsible for announcing, selecting, and managing the complementary memberships.

1. A post-conference report is required within 30 days of the event.

2. Please download and complete the reporting template below.

3. Submit the completed template to naca@nacanet.org

Scholarship Reporting

To complete your conference scholarship requirements, please submit your Conference Scholarship Reporting Form within 30 days of the conference end date.

Submission steps:

1. Complete the reporting form by downloading the sheet provided below.
2. Ensure all required fields are filled out accurately and completely.
3. If the full scholarship amount was not used, please clearly indicate the remaining balance on the form.
4. Once completed, email the form to akuzma@nacanet.org
