Booth Location:

Booth location is based on when registration fee is received by the NACA office. Space is assigned on a first-received, first-served order. You will be notified of your assigned booth number in August. Sponsors will receive preferred booth assignments.

Refund Policy:

Full refund, if cancellation received prior to September 1, 2019; 25% processing fee through September 15, 2019. NO REFUNDS after September 15, 2019.

What’s Included in your Exhibit Fee / Sponsorship

  • Booth Description: 8’ x 10’ Booth with 8′ High Draped Back wall, 3′ High Side Rails, 6′ Skirted Table, 2 Chairs, 1 Wastebasket and a 7″ x 44″ ID Sign.
  • Registration for two (2) people, including the Awards Luncheon and all conference functions.
    • Additional attendee registrations will be offered at $175.00 per person beyond the two who are included with the exhibit fee or sponsorship.
  • Awards Luncheon for two people as stated above. Additional guest tickets for just the Awards Luncheon may be purchased for $45.00. Additional luncheon tickets MUST be purchased in advance. No meal tickets will be sold during the event.
  • One (1) free Full Page (5″ wide x 8″ tall) advertisement about you and your products in our event program. Your ad must be offered in PDF format, and are black and white only. You must submit this information prior to August 1, 2019 for inclusion in event program. (A few premium advertising options are available, See Advertising)
  • An e-mailed list, upon request after the event, of all participants.
  • An opportunity for you to briefly address a workshop audience, as you introduce the speaker for that class.

Vehicles/Animals:

The Exhibit area will not be able to accommodate vehicles or live animals.

Advertising Information

Each year, every conference attendee receives a printed event program. You may place advertisements in the event program. To place an ad, just fill out the following form and email it to NACA. Your ad must be offered in PDF format only. Ads for the event program are black and white, or may place a color ad for an additional fee.
